October…
Pumpkins, fallin' rain, autumn colours, warm sweaters, long trail walks, snapping photo’s of Misomama’s favourite subject: a lonesome tree, towering alone, breaking the horizon over a wilted corn field…. Then a mug of fresh pressed Apple Cider with a Smile of Cinnamon, served steamy hot… oh so good!!! Oh yes, how could I forget the comfort of Miso’s Right out of the Oven Apple Crisp with it’s fragrance emanating throughout the house…comfort food extraordinaire!!!
Too many past hockey wars, skiing trips, yesterdays trek down the 99 steps to a forest floor and natures umbrella, have indeed brought on aching muscles and knee joints…
I should be working, but thoughts of yesterdays outing prevents me from doing so…lost in reverie…
I’ll allow my imagination to wonder…a hot tub soak would be a nice fit.

I love Misomama…weekends take far too long to arrive and disappear into Monday Mornings with a blink of an eye.
God, I miss her.
